These Creator Terms supplement the Nourva Terms of Service and govern your use of Bravono: creator pages, support messages, Arachne, payouts, referrals and brand campaigns. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms, these Creator Terms control for Bravono.
1. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and everything published on your creator page. One person per account; accounts are not transferable. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms or create risk for the platform, its users, or its payment partners.
2. What Bravono is
Bravono gives creators a public page (bravono.nourva.ai/p/your-handle) that gathers their social profiles, receives support messages from their community, brings Arachne to their stream chat, includes a personal referral link for Nourva, and, where offered, presents brand campaign opportunities. Bravono is a technology platform operated by Nourva. It is not a bank, deposit-taker, investment service, or money transmission service, and provides no financial advice.
3. Support messages are voluntary gifts
A support message ("tip") is a voluntary, discretionary gift from a supporter to a creator. Tips do not purchase goods, services, content, subscriptions, or any exclusive benefit, and creators must not promise or condition anything in exchange for a tip. Tips are non-refundable, except where the amount never reached the creator’s balance or where a refund is required by applicable law. Supporters must be 18+ and must use payment methods they are authorized to use.
4. Fees
The platform fee is 7% of each support message. Payment processing costs charged by our payment providers, and transfer or payout fees, apply in addition and are passed through at cost; they never form part of Nourva’s fee. Fee changes will be announced on this page and apply prospectively, never to amounts already received. Nourva may grant specific creators a reduced platform fee at its sole discretion; any such reduction is personal, revocable, and creates no rights for others. The referral programme pays commissions at the rate shown in your dashboard, and commissions accrue on payments made during the commission window shown in your dashboard (measured from the referred user’s first payment); payments after that window do not accrue commission. Both are subject to the hold and clawback rules below. Creators who join during the announced founders’ period keep the founders’ platform fee of 7% permanently, for as long as their account remains in good standing.
5. Balances, payouts & verification
Amounts you earn are credited to your platform balance net of fees and become withdrawable after a protection window (currently 3 days for support messages and 3 days for referral commissions). Before your first payout you must verify your email; identity verification (KYC) is required when you add a bank-transfer payout method, and whenever we are legally required to verify you. Payouts are sent to the payout method on file (bank transfer by IBAN or account number, PayPal, or Wise), subject to the minimum amounts shown in your dashboard. We may apply reasonable payout holds or rolling reserves to accounts with elevated dispute, fraud, or chargeback risk, and we may require re-verification at any time.
6. Chargebacks & reversals
If a payment underlying your earnings is disputed, reversed, or refunded, the corresponding amount (plus any dispute fees charged to us) is deducted from your balance, including from future earnings if your balance is insufficient. Deliberately generating disputes, or tipping yourself with your own or controlled payment instruments, is fraud and leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of unlawful proceeds.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Bravono (your page, support messages, Arachne, campaigns, or anything you link to it) for: pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content or services of any kind; any content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance: terminated and reported to the authorities); anything unlawful anywhere we operate; illegal or age-restricted goods or services (including drugs and weapons); violence, terrorism, or hate; gambling where unlawful; fraud or deception; laundering money or moving funds for third parties; receiving payment for prohibited content or services; harassing, defaming, or infringing the rights of others; or use from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. Everything you monetize must also comply with our payment providers’ rules (including Stripe’s prohibited and restricted business terms). We screen accounts against applicable sanctions lists and comply with all sanctions obligations. We may remove content, unpublish pages, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel campaigns, and withhold or reverse payouts to the extent permitted by law, with or without notice. Creators remain solely responsible for the advertising and media rules that apply to them, including any influencer-advertising licence required in their country for paid promotions.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax documentation (such as IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) before payouts, and we file information returns where the law requires. Where a tax applies to our platform fee, it is charged on the fee, not on the gift itself.
9. Your content & our licence
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display your page, name, handle, avatar, and public statistics for operating and promoting Bravono. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish. We may remove content or unpublish pages that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Bravono is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bravono is limited to the platform fees we earned from your account in the six months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your account settings; matured, verified balances are paid out on the normal schedule. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, legal risk, or extended inactivity, with notice where practicable. Sections 3 to 10 survive termination.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Creator Terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notified in your workspace or by email. Continuing to use Bravono after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@nourva.ai.
